Pyongyang was preparing its Punggye-ri nuclear missile test site for international inspectors, according to a Wednesday report from Yonhap news agency. South Korea`s spy agency said even though North Korea has ceased nuclear and missile tests in the past year, the reclusive nation did not allow any international inspectors to witness the dismantling of the test site in May.
