The Blue Jays introduced new manager Charlie Montoyo, the 13th skipper in Toronto`s history, on Monday at Rogers Centre. `It`s awesome, because this is my favorite city to come in the big leagues. I love Canada,` Montoyo said during his introductory news conference.
