MANGALURU: It`s not everyday that a happy customer leaves a Rs 25,000 tip. Haneef Mohammed of Boliyar, who is a partner in a fish restaurant here, couldn`t believe his luck when minister BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan not only left a hefty tip, but praised his culinary skills and insisted on feeding him from his own plate. The food and civil supplies minister also offered to send Haneef on umrah (pilgrimage) to Mecca. Khan was in Mangaluru on Thursday for an official review meet.
