Northeast monsoon to be normal: IMD

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday forecast that conditions are becoming favourable for the onset of northeast monsoon. `The onset can be declared anytime during the next 48 hours.
