Nagpur: Buckling under pressure of the city builders, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) general body on Saturday passed a resolution to stop Building Plan Management System (BPMS), a state government´s software to sanction building plans online, for a period of six months. BPMS, launched in all municipal councils, class-C and B municipal corporations, is a pet scheme of CM Devendra Fadnavis.
