Challengers raise big campaign bucks but most incumbent Congress members have cash edge

Democratic congressional challenger Ken Harbaugh of Avon raised more than twice as much money as Republican congressman Bob Gibbs during the quarter that ended September 30, and spent more than 12 times as much as the incumbent.
