GURUGRAM: Taking cognisance of media reports of a woman delivering in the toilet of General Hospital in Civil Lines on September 11, ostensibly due to unavailability of beds in the gynaecology ward, National Commission for Women (NCW) has sought an investigation and action taken report from the Haryana government.
