Adventist Health Clinic in Corning is improving customer service through a new call center with 12 staff members who are solely dedicated to answering phones. There will be three option to choose, depending on the caller´s need. The individual will find it much easier to make an appointment or talk to a nurse. There is a Spanish option as well.
