Today, on October 12, 2018, Dome Energy AB (publ) published a press release with a notice to an extra general meeting on October 31, 2018. At the extra general meeting the shareholders are to resolve on inter alia a directed issue of warrants to three lenders. According to the press release, the loan agreements will mature for immediate payment if the shareholders do not resolve to issue the warrants.
