Adalberto Mondesi belted a go-ahead three-run homer in a four-run sixth against Indian relief ace Andrew Miller and the Royals grabbed a 2-1 lead in the four-game set. Whit Merrifield extended his hitting streak to 19 games and logged a tying two-run double for Kansas City. Corey Kluber had six strikeouts over five innings in his final postseason tuneup for Cleveland.
