Twins power past Tigers as Field hits 2 homers

Johnny Field recorded his first multihomer game of his career, Jorge Polanco drove in three runs and Tyler Austin connected on a two-run homer in the Twins` victory over the Tigers on Wednesday night at Target Field. Field`s second homer off Matthew Boyd gave the Twins the lead for good in the fourth. Minnesota scored five more runs in the fifth, thanks to Polanco`s bases-clearing triple.
