Blue Jays win one for `Gibber` in home finale

The Blue Jays took down the defending champs to hand John Gibbons a win in his final home game as Toronto`s manager. Gibbons, who with GM Ross Atkins announced before the game that he wouldn`t return in 2019, received several standing ovations throughout the afternoon. Randal Grichuk and Reese McGuire`s homers were enough for Sean Reid-Foley and a parade of Blue Jays relievers, though Carlos Correa poked an RBI infield single in his return to Houston`s lineup.
