The Danish Minister for Environment and Food, Jakob Ellemann-Jensen, is visiting China in an export drive for new Danish protein exports. They may well eat insects and other strange delights in China, but they also eat pork, and now China is opening up for Danish businesses to sell animal feed based on soya protein to the gigantic Chinese pork market.
