Tampa man killed when car veers into pickup in Clermont

CLERMONT – A Tampa man was killed Monday afternoon when his car veered across the road and struck a pickup truck in Clermont.According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man was driving north on Lakeshore Drive near Autumn Lane about 4:45 p.m. when he failed to make a curve in the road. The car went onto the shoulder, then veered back across the road into the southbound lane, where it struck a pickup truck.The man, identified only as a 36-year-old resident of Tampa, was ......
