Painting exhibition at Kukkarahalli Lake

Mysuru: Waterbodies are among the largest casualties of urbanisation across the globe, and lakes are fast disappearing from our cityscapes, and Bengaluru illustrates this loss perfectly. However, Wildlife Mysuru, a conservation organisation is intent on ensuring Kukkarahalli Lake is preserved for posterity, and has launched a rather imaginative initiative to preserve what is largely considered the city´s pride.
