PANCHKULA: A month after a woman had alleged that she was raped by 40 persons over four days at a guest house in Morni, midnight has become the new opening time for the guest houses that were ordered to shut down for failing to produce documents to prove they were not functioning illegally. A reality check by team TOI on Saturday night found that guest houses in remote areas of Morni on Chunabhatti-Khera Bagra road and from Khera Bagra to Morni have started operations.
