Jose Ramirez hit his 37th homer in the first to get the Indians on the board, and Carlos Carrasco didn`t look back, twirling seven scoreless innings to send the Tribe home winners in the opener with the O`s. David Hess (6 IP, 2 ER) rebounded to post a quality start for Baltimore, but although Trey Mancini slapped an RBI single in the eighth, the bats didn`t do enough in Cleveland.
