Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee passed away on Thursday evening leaving the nation with a void and a sense of tremendous loss. The 93-year-old leader, who had faded from public life for more than a decade following health complications, died at the Delhi`s AIIMS, where he was admitted for the past several weeks. Vajpayee was in public life for more than five decades and was elected to the Lok Sabha 10 times and the Rajya Sabha twice.
