PATNA: Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday said his government would not spare those found guilty in some `glaring incidents` which have taken place recently, in an oblique reference to the rape of at least 34 minor girls in a shelter home at Muzaffarpur. Addressing a large gathering after unfurling the tricolour at Gandhi Maidan on the occasion of Independence Day, Nitish said, `Some glaring incidents have recently come to light. The guilty will not be spared. Our emphasis is on quick investigation, arrests of the accused and speedy trial.
