PANAJI: To resolve the issue of erratic power supply faced by the capital this monsoon, Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL) has floated a tender to modernize the power infrastructure by bringing in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) compact power stations.
