Civic body chief inspects lake restoration work

Coimbatore: City corporation commissioner K Vijayakarthikeyan on Wednesday inspected the bund strengthening works of Periyakulam tank on Perur Bypass Road. The civic body had planned to restore and rejuvenate the Periyakulam Lake at the cost of Rs 39.74 crore in the first phase of the smart city mission project.
