The mother of a terminally ill little boy has hit back at the `cowards´ who left an abusive note on her car. Emma Doherty had parked in a disabled bay when she took her three-year-old son Bobby to Alder Hey Children´s hospital, in Liverpool, on August 14. But the 31-year-old was stunned when she returned to her vehicle and found a note on it calling her a `lazy conning bitch´.
