A woman with a form of asthma so severe it could be triggered by laughing returned to her car to find a note calling her a `selfish c**t´ for parking in a disabled bay. Fiona Scullard, 36, qualifies for a blue badge and carries a card that details recent episodes including one where she collapsed on the hard shoulder of a motorway but was so unwell she couldn´t call 999.
