Security upped in Bhagalpur ahead of festivities

BHAGALPUR: Elaborate security arrangements have been made and security has been tightened across the district to ensure smooth and peaceful Independence Day, Bihula Bishari puja (Naag Panchami) and Eid-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) celebrations.
