3 EWS houses with additional floors sealed in DLF 4 amid protests

GURUGRAM: Unauthorised floors of houses allotted for economically weaker sections (EWS) were sealed during a drive carried out by the enforcement wing of the department of town and country planning (DTCP) in DLF 4 area on Friday amid resistance from plot owners. Built on 60-yard plots, these houses had up to seven floors. `Out of the three houses, two had six floors and we sealed the additional two floors. The third house with seven floors was under construction. We sealed the whole building as an enforcement action,` said an official.
