New Footage Shows Uncontacted Indigenous Man Living in The Brazilian Amazon

The Brazilian government`s indigenous agency released new footage on Friday which showed an uncontacted indigenous man who has lived alone for at least 22 years deep in the Amazon rainforest, according to The Guardian. In the short video, the man is seeing doing vigorous work to cut down a tree and officials said they believe the man is in his 50s and appeared to be in excellent health despite never having any contact with the outside world. `He is very well, hunting, maintaining some plantations of papaya, corn,` said Altair Algayer, a regional coordinator for the Brazilian government indigenous agency Funai in the Amazon state of Rondônia, where the man was filmed.
