MERLIN Properties SOCIMI S.A., (`MERLIN`) (MC:MRL) has announced today the acquisition of FORUM ALMADA - GESTÃO DE CENTRO COMERCIAL, SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, Lda., owner of Almada Forum shopping centre in Lisbon.
