Two people have been charged in a shooting and subsequent collision in the Annex, Toronto police said.A 22-year-old man was shot at around 9:45 p.m. Monday in an alley off Bernard St., near Spadina Ave. and Dupont St. He was with a 23-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman when they met another man in the alley.The shooting happened sometime during their interaction, police said.The woman then fled with the shooting victim in a red four-door sedan, but she struck a pedestrian and a tree. A white sedan was also seen fleeing the area, police said in a news release Tuesday.The 23-year-old man was arrested around 10:30 p.m., and the woman was taken into custody shortly after 1 a.m. The shooting victim, taken to the hospital with serious injuries, is expected to recover, police said. The pedestrian’s injuries were minor. Jermaine Hall, 23, and Drucella Oduro, 21, are each charged with possession of a restricted firearm without holding a licence, possession of a restricted firearm knowingly not holding a licence, occupying a motor vehicle with firearm, possess of a firearm obtained by crime and careless storage of a firearm.Police are still looking for the shooter.Inori Roy is a breaking news reporter, working out of the Star`s radio room in Toronto.
