Toronto police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man accused of calling and emailing a woman more than 200 times in the past few months, and publishing an intimate photo of her online without her consent.Shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a call in the Waterfront area, near Bathurst St. and Lake Shore Blvd. W. A woman alleged that a man, in addition to contacting her non-stop, also threatened to physically hurt her.Giuseppe Ferraro, 38, of Toronto, is wanted by police for harassment, physical threats, and sharing an intimate photo without consent. He has been described as five-foot-10, 170 pounds, with short dark hair.A change to the Criminal Code of Canada in March 2015 made publishing “intimate images” of a person, no matter the age, a criminal offence.
