Chapman goes on DL; A`s call up Barreto

A`s third baseman Matt Chapman went on the 10-day disabled list on Saturday with a contusion of his right thumb. Oakland also recalled right-handed pitcher Josh Lucas and infielder Franklin Barreto from Triple-A Nashville and optioned right-hander Carlos Ramirez to Nashville.
