Toronto police have made an arrest in the shooting of two young girls at McCowan Rd. and Alton Towers.Late Thursday afternoon, two sisters were shot after a suspect opened fire on a Scarborough playground at Alton Towers Circle, in the area of McCowan Rd. and McNicoll Ave.The girls, ages 5 and 9, were shot in the abdomen and ankle, respectively.
