Donald Trump arrives in Singapore for summit with Kim Jong-un

Both leaders are in town for the much-anticipated meeting on Tuesday to discuss nuclear capabilityPresident Donald Trump landed in Singapore on Sunday evening, joining North Korean leader Kim Jong-un ahead of the highly anticipated summit. Air Force One touched down at Paya Lebar military air base at 8:21 pm local time and was greeted by Singapore foreign minister Vivian Balakrishnan. Arriving a few hours after Kim, Trump and his team had travelled straight from the G7 in Canada.Hours earlier, Kim arrived at Changi airport on an Air China jet, amid a huge security presence that included two decoy flights. After shaking hands with the Singapore foreign minister, Kim sped through the city´s streets in a large limousine, two large North Korean flags fluttering on the hood, surrounded by other black vehicles with tinted windows and bound for his hotel.
