Food waste is detrimental to the environment, and many initiatives have been taken in recent years to reduce the wasting of food. But which initiatives are backed the most and have the greatest impact? And who is engaged in the fight against food waste? These questions are being investigated by Johanna Gollnhofer, who is employed at the Department of Marketing & Management.
