VENLO, the Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 1, 2018-- Cimpress N.V. (Nasdaq: CMPR) today announced it has priced the previously announced private offering of $400.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.0% senior notes due 2026 (the `notes`). The notes will pay interest on a semi-annual basis. The price to investors will be 100% of the principal amount of the notes.
