COMMITTEE ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD EXAMINES NORWAY´S REPORT

24 May 2018 The Committee on the Rights of the Child today concluded its consideration of the combined fifth and sixth periodic report of Norway on how it implements the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Presenting the report, Linda Hofstad Helleland, Minister of Children and Equality of Norway, noted that Norway`s laws provided good safeguards for children, and that children had the right to participate and exert influence in all areas of concern to them.
