Universities in Tampere win EUR6 million for strengthening their research profiles

The Academy of Finland has given out grants to support the development of stronger research profiles in Finnish universities. The new Tampere University received six million euros of funding in response to a joint proposal submitted by the University of Tampere and Tampere University of Technology.
