Plight of homeless under spotlight

Kimberley - The plight of the large number of homeless people, who are living in various makeshift shelters in the city´s CBD area, was brought into the spotlight on Wednesday when the Sol Plaatje Municipality´s security department confiscated a tent pitched on a pavement. The appearance of the tent in one of the city´s main streets created a war of words on social media.
