Following the General Shareholders` Meeting which marked the end of Mr. Gérard Mestrallet`s term as Chairman of the Board and the designation of Mr. Jean-Pierre Clamadieu as an independent administrator, the ENGIE Board met on Friday, May 18, 2018 and unanimously appointed Mr. Jean-Pierre Clamadieu as new Chairman.
