Peralta faces Rockies in first big league start

Freddy Peralta, the Brewers` No. 9 prospect, will make his Major League debut Sunday vs. the Rockies at Coors Field at 2:10 p.m. CT. Peralta, who was 5-1 with a 3.63 ERA and a Pacific Coast League-leading 46 strikeouts for Triple-A Colorado Springs, does not turn 22 until June 4, and will become the youngest Brewers starting pitcher since Yovani Gallardo in 2007.
