Ordina AGM adopts financial statements 2017

Ordina N.V.`s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) today adopted the financial statements for the financial year 2017. The AGM also resolved to amend the company`s reservation and dividend policy and to pay out a cash dividend of 2 euro cents (EUR 0.02) per share. In addition to this, the AGM appointed Ms. C.E.
