Cards call on Weaver to start finale vs. Cubs

Following Wednesday`s postponement, the Cardinals tweaked their rotation and will have Luke Weaver start today`s 1:20 p.m. CT series finale against the Cubs at Wrigley Field, instead of Michael Wacha -- who will now start Friday`s opener vs. the Reds. Chicago will counter with left-hander Jon Lester.
