Victims of Ajax triple homicide died of sharp force trauma, asphyxiation: autopsy results

Autopsy results following a triple murder last week in Ajax indicate two victims were stabbed while a third died of asphyxiation, Durham police said Friday.Police also explained visible injuries to the man accused in the killings were the result of a struggle he had with officers upon his arrest. Investigators have also put out an appeal for information from anyone who had contact with the victims or the accused prior to the slayings, which occurred at a home on Hilling Dr. last Wednesday.Krassimira Pejcinovski, 39 and her 15-year-old son Roy Pejcinovski, were found dead by police responding to a 911 call at the home at about 11 a.m. March 14. Fenn and Krassimira Pejcinovski had been in a relationship, police confirmed.Durham police said Friday they were responding to media requests for information in releasing the autopsy results. Two of the victims died of sharp force trauma while a third was asphyxiated, police confirmed. Police didn’t offer any more details.Police also addressed reports that Fenn, who appeared in bail court in Oshawa the day after the killings, had visible injuries. Fenn had numerous cuts to his face and one eye was significantly swollen during the appearance.“The accused appeared in court March 15 with facial injuries. These injuries occurred when he was arrested, as there was an altercation with members of the tactical support unit,” Durham police said in a statement Friday.
