Pirela shows promise in 1st appearance at 2B

Jose Pirela made his first appearance at second base during the Padres` victory over Seattle on Tuesday. Last season he played only 39 innings at second, but the Padres are committed to giving him a longer look there in 2018, and he made two very nice plays ranging to his right.
