Neil Young has posted a new open letter that was published on Friday (February 23) on the Neil Young Archive. Aimed at the tech giants and, especially, Google, Young talks about the future of the music business, questioning how a new artist is expected to be able to survive. `The Tech Giants have figured out a way to use all the great music of everyone from all time, without reporting an artist´s number of plays or paying a fucking cent to the musicians.
