Jazz eclectic Allen Lowe to give lecture Feb. 28

PORTSMOUTH — Allen Lowe is a saxophonist, guitarist, mastering engineer and music historian. He`s also an engaging, down-to-earth lecturer who is said to turn a lecture hall into a comfort zone.On Wednesday, Feb. 28, Lowe will be presented by the Seacoast Jazz Society at the Portsmouth Music and Arts Center in a lecture titled `The Jazz You Never Heard.` This will be Lowe`s second appearance as a lecturer for the Jazz Society.
