The B.C. wine ban is over. The pipeline war with B.C. is not. Just listen to the most recent words from B.C. Premier John Horgan. “We will see how things go from here. But we are far from out of the woods on this issue. I don’t say that out of glee. I say it more out of sorrow.” And a zinger from Horgan on Notley. “I’ll take no direction from her on issues of what’s right and what’s wrong.” That doesn’t sound like a guy who has surrendered. And he hasn’t. B.C. is still not prepared to stand down and let this pipeline expansion go ahead. Of course, Premier Notley can declare a win. She can declare anything she wants at her own...
