THIS is the moment cops swooped to arrest two people after a pair of young brothers were mown down in a horror 'hit and run' yesterday afternoon. Little Corey and Casper Platt-May - aged six and two - were struck as they crossed the road with mum Louise in Covitem. A 53-year-old man and a woman, 41, were later arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
