Bill decriminalising suicide attempt passed Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani on Monday threatened Defence Minister Dastagir with contempt of parliament proceedings after the minister outright refused to provide details of the `unilateral decision´ of sending Pakistani troops to Saudi Arabia for deployment.
