Strike affects Cargill`s Argentina soy plants

Operations at three of Cargill`s soy processing plants and ports in Argentina came to a halt after workers at the locations went on strike Jan. 31 to protest layoffs, according to a report from Reuters . Sergio Diaz, a representative of the SOEAR oilseed crushers union, told Reuters the strike has affected Cargill`s two facilities in the grains export hub of Rosario and one in Bahia Blanca. ......
