Jim Justice announced today that the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has reached an agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Forest Service and the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area (LBL) to acquire 17 additional elk next month as part of the state`s elk restoration effort.
